The location was fantastic, a short walk to baker street station, it made exploring so easy. the staff were funny and friendly. Their warmth made such an impact. i felt very welcome each time i returned to the hotel.
The cleanliness wasn't perfect. The bathroom needed better attention. there was some dust in areas of the room, and the shower pressure was very weak. It impacted my morning routine.

My room was cozy and beautiful. It was certainly more than enough for me. the decor felt classic, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly each night. the window provided lovely sunlight.

The hotel is near baker street and oxford street. The positioning made everything accessible. it was quite easy to walk to many major attractions, and public transport was nearby. the area felt safe and inviting.

While the hotel doesn't have a full restaurant, it has a breakfast room. guests are able to enjoy take away meals there. This provides a practical solution. there are chairs available to relax in as well.

The reception is staffed around the clock. This is very helpful for late arrivals or early departures. the receptionists were friendly and made sure i had everything i needed! they were always ready to assist.

i found the bathroom to be quite small and a little inconvenient to use, unexpected.
